RENTALS
HOW IT WORKS
1. Select your item(s) and rental length — 2 weeks or 1 month.
A $125 security deposit is held on your card at the time of checkout.
Equipment ships within 1–2 business days via USPS Ground Advantage.
Use the equipment for your rental period. A prepaid return shipping label is included in your package. Drop off at any USPS location when your rental period ends. Your deposit is released within 3 business days of confirmed return, provided equipment is returned on time, clean, and undamaged.
RENTAL TERMS
The rental period begins on the date of confirmed delivery, not the date of shipment. It is the renter’s responsibility to track delivery and manage their rental period accordingly. Late returns will be charged at a rate of $10 per day until the equipment is received and confirmed by Resurgence Athletics & Sports Recovery LLC. Late fees are charged to the card on file and will be deducted from the security deposit where applicable. If late fees exceed the deposit, the remaining balance is charged to the renter’s card.
Equipment returned damaged, incomplete, or unreturned after 14 days past the rental end date will be charged the full replacement cost. In these cases, the security deposit will not be returned. The renter is solely responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of equipment from the time of delivery through confirmed return.
Equipment must be returned clean, fully assembled, and in its original packaging. Failure to do so may result in full forfeiture of the security deposit.
The $125 security deposit is non-negotiable and required for all rentals. It is not applied toward rental fees. All rentals are non-refundable once equipment has shipped. The only exception is if equipment arrives damaged or defective, in which case the renter must notify Resurgence Athletics Sports Recovery LLC within 24 hours of delivery with photo documentation. Failure to report within this window forfeits any damage claim. By completing checkout, the renter agrees to these terms in full and accepts sole responsibility for the equipment during the rental period.
